Sanyi and Reka's Wedding

Sister Smith and I traveled to Veszprém to attend Sanyi and Reka’s wedding.  Of course, the bride looked beautiful in her wedding dress.  They had a very nice party afterwards with lots of good food and suti and even a wedding cake.   When the bride and groom cut the cake, I kept waiting to take a picture of them feeding each other, but, they just kept cutting the cake and putting it out for people to come and get.  :)

Sandor and Reka!

Sanyi and Reka cut the wedding cake and served everyone!

Goodbye to Elder and Sister Bagozzi

Elder and sister Bagozzi have completed their mission and are going home.
The YSA's planned a special activity to say goodbye to them.

They made a book containing special messages from all of us!

All of us Senior Missionaries took Elder and Sister Bagozzi out to dinner
at an outside restaurant along the Duna.

As the sun began to set, we saw this beautiful sunset.

The lights came on all along the river.  This is Buda Castle all lit up!

A Fun Morning Walk

Three times a week, Sister Smith and I take an hour long, early morning walk.  One of our favorite places is the steps up to Buda Castle.  It has beautiful scenery and is a great workout!
This is what we found as we walked up one section of stairs to Buda Castle.

At the top of the stairs, we saw this beautiful home.  I loved the beautiful windows and of course the statues!

We walked among the ruins of long ago.

While exploring the castle, we came upon some colorful statues and flag pole!

Then it was time to go all the way back down the steps to the park and home again.
The park is all of the trees that you can see at the bottom of the picture.
